One of the main assets Sumelzo, SA has and makes available to its customers, is the staff working in our company. 

We have a team of higher and technical graduates in the Civil Engineering, Construction, Industrial and Agricultural sectors, along with managers, supervisors and technical officers as site personnel. Together they have a wide and proven experience to provide the technical and professional expertise to undertake the different work projects implemented by the company. 

Aware of the importance of our staff to the success of both the company and the work we do, and knowing that the motivation and training of workers is essential for the proper functioning of the company, Sumelzo, SA has a training plan and internal promotion available for all our staff.
